We strive to give you a quality product of your choice. However, if you are not happy or change your mind, about any order you have purchased you can return them to us.
You can return the order within 10 days of the order delivered.
All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact. The Product should be unwashed, unused, and in undamaged condition.
If you want to cancel or return your order, please send us a mail at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will guide you through the process.
COD orders can be cancelled directly from the registered account before it gets shipped.
For prepaid orders, please contact us at email@example.com to cancel the order and put in an online refund request.
If the order is shipped already, unfortunately we wouldn’t be able to cancel it. However, you can politely refuse to accept the shipment and let us know about it. If you have accepted the shipment, no worries, you can return the product.
We do not have exchange or replacement policy. You can return the product, and we will refund you the order amount and you can place a new order as per your convenience.
As we do not have a reverse pickup facility yet, you are requested to ship the products back to us via a cost-effective courier company or registered post. Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
You will have to bear the postal or courier charges for sending your products back to us. We will reimburse you (maximum Rs.100) once we receive your products back and verify that they are new and unused. Please send us the scan copy of receipt/bill of the post or courier company, in email, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The return amount will be credited back to the same bank account from which you had made the order within 10 working days, once we have received the products and quality check is done.
Refund for gift wrap, COD and shipping charges is not applicable.
Defective products need not be sent back to us unless confirmed by our customer care team. If you have received delivery of defective products, you have to send an email to us at email@example.com along with the details of the order, nature of issues, photographs of the defective product and our team will check it. In this event, on our verification, if it is observed that the defect is incurred due to any of your actions or omissions, then we will not be responsible for refunding the amounts of your ordered products.
Please do not accept the items in case the product packaging is tampered during the course of delivery.
